Community Guidelines

SunSeekers is a community for people who practice or are interested in the naturist lifestyle. These guidelines keep SunSeekers welcoming, respectful, and safe for everyone. They apply to everything you do on the platform — posts, comments, messages, profiles, and meet-ups. Violating them may result in content removal, a warning, suspension, or a permanent ban.

By using SunSeekers, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.

Who SunSeekers is for

SunSeekers is for adults 18 and older only.
SunSeekers is a community and meet-up platform, not a dating or hookup app. It does not offer matchmaking, swiping, or relationship-seeking features.
Naturism here means non-sexual nudity and body acceptance. Content and conduct should reflect that.

Be respectful

Treat others with respect, courtesy, and kindness.
Respect people's boundaries, privacy, and consent — online and in person.
Disagree without being abusive. No personal attacks.

What is not allowed

You must not:

Post content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
Share, upload, or distribute any content depicting minors in any context. This results in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
Engage in any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or sextortion. CSAE is strictly prohibited on Naturista Social: Naturist; we remove it, permanently ban the account, and report it to NCMEC and law enforcement. See our Child Safety Standards.
Post sexually explicit content. SunSeekers celebrates non-sexual nudity in the naturist tradition; pornographic or sexualized content is not permitted.
Impersonate other people, brands, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Spam, phish, or run scams, fraudulent, or deceptive schemes.
Share anyone's personal information without their explicit consent (doxxing).
Harass, stalk, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group.
Use SunSeekers for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation without our permission.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or exploit the platform or its infrastructure.
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to access the Service.
Break any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Photos and content

Only post photos you own or have the right to share.
Only post photos of yourself, or of others who have clearly consented to appear and to be shared.
Keep nudity non-sexual and in keeping with the naturist ethos.
Never photograph or film people without their consent, and follow each venue's photography rules. Watch for people in the background.
Never post intimate images of anyone without their consent, including hidden-camera content and AI-generated, deepfake, or edited nude images of real people. If this happens to you, see Section 7.1 of our Terms of Service. We remove valid requests within 48 hours.
Do not record or screenshot calls, audio rooms, or private messages to share them outside SunSeekers.

Meeting people in person

Meet-ups are part of SunSeekers, but your safety is your responsibility:

Meet in safe, public, or established naturist settings when possible.
Tell someone you trust where you're going.
Exercise caution before sharing personal details.
Respect consent and boundaries at all times.

SunSeekers does not conduct background checks, sex-offender registry checks, or identity verification. You meet people and visit places at your own risk. Nudity laws differ from place to place, so check local laws and venue rules before you go. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, venue, or organizer, on or off the platform.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-app report and block tools if you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines.

We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts at our discretion. Severe violations (such as content involving minors) result in an immediate ban.
If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal within 6 months by emailing us with the subject "Appeal." A person will review it.
