This is the support page for the mobile app published on Google Play as Naturista Social: Naturist (package com.sunseekers.android) and on the Apple App Store as SunSeekers — one service under two store names.
We aim to respond within a few business days.
Open Settings in the app, scroll to the Account section, and choose Delete Account, then confirm. This permanently removes your profile, posts, stories, uploaded images, and the messages you sent. Deletion begins immediately and data is erased from our systems and backups within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you can't open the app (uninstalled, or you've lost access to your sign-in), email skaterdude5321@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days. No reinstall is required.
Android (Google Play): open the Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the subscription to change or cancel. You can also visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google Play.
iOS (App Store): open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Cancelling stops future renewals; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account — see the deletion steps above.
Use the report option available on profiles, posts, and messages, or block to stop someone from contacting you. Blocked and hidden accounts are managed under Settings → Moderation. You can also email skaterdude5321@gmail.com. We review every report.
Android: sign in with your email address and password, or with Google Sign-In. If the Google option doesn't appear, make sure a Google account is added to your device under the system Settings → Passwords & accounts.
iOS: sign in with your email address and password, or with Sign in with Apple.
If you still can't sign in, email skaterdude5321@gmail.com with your username (if you have one) and a description of the issue.
Edit your profile, photos, and country/state from your profile screen. In-app notification preferences live under Settings → Preferences → Notification Settings.
System-level notifications: on Android, open the device Settings → Apps → Naturista Social → Notifications; on iOS, open Settings → Notifications → SunSeekers.
Settings → Preferences → Who You See and Settings → Preferences → Safety & Privacy control who can find, message, and view your profile.
